This book is a personal exploration of my deep admiration for Future and his music. It takes a closer look at the pop-culture lyric references woven throughout Mixtape Pluto, offering insights into how they contribute to the album's narrative and themes.

The lyrics that struck me as the most audacious—those packed with references to pop culture and history—were given their own full-spread pages. They serve as a reflection of recurring themes in Future's career: extravagant spending, drug dealing and consumption, and in this case, comparing himself to mafia legends and NBA icons. While some might find these claims outlandish, Future is steadily carving his path toward becoming the greatest trap rapper of all time.
